Cool the eggs down, dump out the hot water and fill the pot with cold water, add ice. About 10 minutes.
After the eggs have cooled, gently crack each egg and place it back in the water for another 2 minutes. This way the water can work its way in between the egg white and shell.
Gently roll the egg on the counter creating several cracks all over the egg.
Peel the egg starting at the air sac on the end. The shell should slide right off.
